Returns & Refunds

 

We offer a 30-day return window, starting from the order date (the day your order was placed).

 

Return Eligibility

 

To make sure your return goes smoothly:

 

Items must be unused and in their original packaging, just as you received them.

 

For safety and quality reasons, items that show signs of use, cleaning, tampering, or resealing can’t be accepted for return.

 

Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase, as it’s required for all returns.

 

If you received a replacement item and would like to return it, both the original and replacement need to be returned in order for a refund to be issued.

 

How to Start a Return

 

To begin a return, simply:

 

Email alnalumystore@gmail.com within 30 days of your order date to request return authorization and instructions.

 

Make sure your return package is post-marked within the 30-day window.

 

Please note that return shipping costs are not covered, and prepaid return labels are not provided.

 

 

What to Include in Your Return

 

Please include:

 

The name and email used for your order

Your order number

The reason for the return

A packing slip or order confirmation

 

Once we receive your return, processing typically takes 7–14 business days.

 

Refunds

 

Returns are processed within 7–14 business days after receipt.

 

If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

 

Refunds cannot be issued to alternative accounts or platforms.

 

If you haven’t received your refund within 5 business days from approval, check your junk/spam folder or contact support.

 

Damages & Issues

 

Please inspect your order promptly upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can make it right. Photos or video of the damaged item and all packaging (including the shipping box and label) are required within 5 days of delivery to validate a damage claim.

 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

 

Opened, used, cleaned, resealed, or otherwise tampered items (for safety & allergy reasons)

Digital products such as e-books, digital recipe books, guides, and any downloadable content

Shipping Protection / shipping insurance add-ons

Extended warranty plans, including Lifetime Warranty add-ons

Free gifts or promotional items included with your order

Gift cards

 

For orders that include any of the non-returnable items listed above, refunds will apply only to eligible physical merchandise that meets our standard return criteria. Digital products, protection plans, and warranties remain final sale even if the main product is returned.

 

Missing Item(s)

 

Contact us within 5 days of delivery if items are missing or the package appears tampered with. Include photos of the packing slip, all received items, and the shipping label. Claims made after 5 days may not be honored.
